Chateau de Versailles
While we were visiting Paris we took a tour to Versailles a palace built for King Louis XIV and is still a Great place to visit and understand why Marie Antoinette lost her head over it.
We visited Lisbon by rail from Cascais and found that Lisbon was a great city with shopping in their mostly mom pop stores. There are a lot of Historical sites to see like; Monastery of Jeronimos, Monument to the Age of Discovery, St. George's Castle and the Presidential Palace. The 25th of April Bridge named after Portugal's Revolt on the 25th of April 1974
Cascais Portugal
When in April of 2005 we visited Cascais Portugal our main reason was to Visit nearby Lisbon, but we found that Cascais was a great place to visit in itself. Here is some of the pictures we took in Cascais.
Helsinki Finland
We found Helsinki to be a very high tech city with good public transportation. Helsinki has some beautiful Lutheran and Orthodox Cathedrals and a market place that is fun to shop in.

Sintra in a must place to visit if you are going to visit Portugal. There are Palaces and Castles of the former King and Queens of Portugal Plus a beautiful Village
The Royal Botanical Gardens started in the 1841 as a private garden, but is now open to the public is just outside of London and a must see for gardens lovers.

Waterville on the outer most part of the Ring of Kerry in county Kerry has been a favorite Holiday spot for many years. Charley Chaplin spent his summers there.
We have found that the best way to find out about a city is to take a Bus tour of that city. This was film taken when we did the tour of York.

Rhinebeck Airdrome
I visited the Rhinebeck Airdrome with my wife and two sons in the summer of 1977. We saw an Air show with old vintage airplanes some from World War one or even earlier. I filmed it with a Super Eight Camera and later converted the Super eight film into VHS then into Digital wmv.
