Former NBA star Dennis Rodman played for the Brighton Bears basketball team following his appearance in Celebrity Big Brother.
His first match was against Guildford Heat at the Triangle Leisure Centre in Burgess Hill on 28th January 2006.

On a boring Sunday afternoon in April 2005, members of the Burgess Hill Uncovered team produced a music video on the fly for McCarthy TV. Not the most polished production, but it filled an afternoon! It features an apearance from the legendary Gordon The Gorilla!
