Shot near the Cape on Friday afternoon, middle of May 2007. Winds 30, gusting 45 knots, turned around when the breakers began to reach 6-8 feet high. Boat was a 43' Hatteras Sportfisherman. Research ship Wecoma nearby, reported steady 40 knots. Can't see in the video but it looked like maybe gusting 50-60 up near the Cape.
