Another NH patient. Notice how much manipulation is done with the second hand in the eye. You have to always think that the phaco tip should be in the geometric center of the eye as much as possible. Use the second hand and its chopper to bring pieced to the phaco.
80 year old Nursing Home patient with 4+ NS and 20/400. The image goes dark in the middle of the case twice for about a minute. Biomed was checking the camera and disconnected the cable.
