Glenn runs through the step by step process to install RAM in the Mac Pro. He adds an extra 2GB into his machine taking it to a total of 5GB.
Two steps Glenn didn't take which he should have. Installing the RAM on a proper surface, such as a desk. And the 2nd, not using an anti-static wristband. Don't get caught out, use them!
