Popeye sails into Mexico where Olive is doing the Mexican hat dance in a bar. He enjoys the show until Bluto comes in and clears the bar except for Popeye. They compete a bit until Bluto brings in his gang. Popeye eats his spinach and holds them off, but in the confusion, Bluto sneaks upstairs to Olive's room. Popeye to the rescue, although in fact she was doing quite well. Filmed in 1933.
