This is a comparison of my two favorite clothing stores: American Eagle Outfitters and Hollister Co. set to The Academy Is... and Boys Like Girls.
UPDATE:
I just want to say thanks to everyone who made this my 2nd most viewed (48,267) and my most discussed (1,007) video. Keep up the debate!
A collection of hit rock music videos from 1990. Now, the only reason why Social Distortion is the only non hard rock/metal band on here is because back in '90, heavy metal still was the world's most popular music. Anyway, enjoy!
Well, it seems as though "Battle of the Guitar Gods" has gone hair metal (for now, at least)! Now, we've got the mighty George Lynch of Dokken vs. the guitarist from the band that made metal pop (a good thing in my book) a.k.a. Bon Jovi's own Richie Sambora. I know my choice of who's better. However, it's up to you, the youtubers at home, to pick your favorite.
Me playing a mix of my own riffs and a few you might know in Drop C. Now, I know some of my playing is shitty, but my arm hurt (I bumped into a railing, lol). DON'T TAZE ME, YO!
BJT are a band I worked with in NYC for a week this summer at Power Chord Academy (my band from that awesome week, Insert Title Here, can be found on my page with our song, "Llamafish Blues."). I have decided to post every bands song on here, mainly because I thought every song was great. Be sure to check back for more songs!
me playing Breaking The WHAT!? "THE LAW!" Anyway, sorry about the bad sound quality and sloppiness of my playing. I learned it by ear.
Gear: Alvarez Electric and Roland Micro Cube
This is a song I recorded on 7/1/08 in NYC for this camp called Power Chord Academy. I got to play in a band all week and played concerts and recorded this song. It's basically just 12 bar blues where me and my other lead guitarist trade off solos.
Me playing some riffs in Drop D, most of which you should already know. However, it's up to you to guess what songs these riffs are from. I do realize that some of the riffs are played wrong, but I learned them by ear, so DON'T TAZE ME, YO!
Me playing my new Dean Vendetta 7 string. I just play some riffs you probably know. Now, I know I say this a lot, but I'll say it again: I realize that I slip up on some of the riffs, but at least I'm making an effort to try and show you guys my brand new guitar.
