This scene from episode nine of Keroro Gunsou is a parody of the scene from Neon Genesis Evangelion in which Kaoru/Tabris breaks into Terminal Dogma at NERV Headquarters. The parody effect is enhanced by the fact that the character here (Saburou) is played by the same actor who played Kaoru, thus they have the same voice.
In this clip from episode 9 of the Keroro Gunsou anime, Hinata Aki is shot with Kururu's Age Regression gun and ends up looking like a female version of her middle-school-aged son.
