The last day of TWA. April 10, 2001 American Airlines bought TWA. With a vengance they set out to destroy one of the grandest airlines in aviation history. July 1, 2003 all TWA flight attendants were furloughed. To date not one TWA Flight Attendant works for American Airlines.
A quick glance at the grand history of TWA flight attendants, from the first graduating class to the final farewell. Just sit back and enjoy the trip.

Artist David Klein best captured the magic of TWA travel. This mini video features much of his work as well as other early TWA posters. Enjoy. Can also be viewed at: http://www.twaflight attendants.com
First cross country flight, includes Charles Lindbergh. Vintage footage of the Ford Tri-Motor including travel by rail at night. Viewed in three separate videos.
Added to TWA's visionaries is Paul M. Richter. He is one of TWA's founding fathers and should be part of the video. He has been added to the beginning of the video along with the other men of vision. My apologies to all to have missed someone vital to the ultimate success of TWA.
