A raw, old incarnation of Swans plough through "Beautiful Child" in 1987. Recorded live at the Kings Of Independance Festival in Berlin, Germany, Studio K7 (001).
This VHS was released in the 80s and featured two SWANS tracks, this one and "Like A Drug (Sha La La La)" which can be found elsewhere on YouTube.
A rare (as most Swans things are) promo video from 1992 (obviously from the album "Love Of Life") believe it or not you could actually watch this on Yahoo! Launch at one time.
Directed by M. Gira, Produced by Fabio Roberti for Directart Productions. Camera: Fabio Roberti.
Sorry about the choppy audio/visual quality, I'll replace this with a better quality one as soon as I'm able.
The intro from "Hardware" (dir. Richard Stanley, 1990) - the "Nomad" was played by Carl McCoy (Fields Of The Nephilim crooner) - Stanley also directed two of the Fields' videos: "Preacher Man" and "Blue Water". I Thought there might be a few FOTN fans who'd like to see this, apologies about the slightly choppy quality of the video.
From "Force The Hand Ov Chance".
Sorry about the slightly dodgy quality, it's a VHS rip again ...
I think the music in the background is "Just Drifting (For Caresse)" ? It's been ages since I heard F.T.H.O.C.
Adam Buxton (aka Louise) gives us some tips on how to act at parties! From the second ever episode of the Adam & Joe show. The sound may not sync up nicely in parts because it's a w**ker.
Ken Korda meets Jenny Powell. Aired originally on the Adam and Joe show sometime in the nineties. The sound may not sync nicely in places because it's a knob.
Adam Buxton is "Louise" (again) giving us his (hilarious) guide to life. This week: ... walking down the street? The sound may not sync up accurately in parts because it's a smarmy tosser.
Adam Buxton (aka "Louise") and his guide to life. This week, going to yourinals ('aint that great?) From the very first episode of The Adam & Joe Show. The sound may not sync up accurately in parts because either Adobe Premier or YouTube are f**king stupid, or maybe I am.
Fields Of The Nephilim's grumbler and dusty hat wearing Carl McCoy had this short cameo appearance in british cyberpunk film "Hardware" (dir. Richard Stanley, 1990) - this isn't the only part of the film with McCoy in it but it's the only scene where he actually opens his mouth. Thought there might be a few Nephilim fans who'd like to see this.
Hawkwind's "Elric The Enchanter" as it segues from "Moonglum". Featuring Tony Crerar (Carrera??) as Elric. Recorded live at the Hammersmith Odeon (London) in 1985. From the Chronicle Of The Black Sword DVD.
Japanese trailer for Transformers The Movie (1986). Contains scenes that were not used in the final film, also note Ultra Magnus - still in Diaclone colours.
