This is an 8' Aermotor windmill on a 40' tower located in Central Indiana. It is in a manually semi-furled position and spinning nicely with very little wind.
This is not the best footage(taken with digital camera)but if you look closely, you can see the pump rod and guides moving up and down to the pump below.
