On November 16, 2004 the L.A. Police Department and the L.A. County Sheriffs Department conducted a tactical capabilities demonstration utilizing both departments Air Support units and Speicial Operation forces for the International Chiefs of Police Convention held in Los Angeles. The images were shot from a Helinet helicopter by J.T. Alpaugh using a Cineflex V-14 HD Camera System.
