Suddenly, the pin wiggled in her mouth, and Arpita found herself choking. The pin was far enough down that her throat's natural reaction was to swallow. She later participated in the "new" version of SaReGaMa.. the roll-over series.. and Golden Voice Hunt in which she was the female winner and got her first playback chance with HR in Kuch Meetha Ho Jaye. Later she particpated in Fame Gurukul and came 4th.
