Anne Boleyn was one of the wives of King Henry VIII. He had her beheaded, and this classic music hall song is about how she wanders the Tower of London seeking revenge.
It was written in 1934 and originally performed by Stanley Holloway. Since then it has been recorded by Rudy Vallee, The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem, The Kingston Trio and the Chad Mitchell Trio.

THIS WAS A QUICKIE.
dont be mean :)
Basically Mary Boleyn was sick of being known as 'The Other Boleyn Girl'
So she decided to do something about it and stood her ground..and showed people she was a fighter, nor the King or her sister could get in her way.
comments very much appreciated :]

In honor of the date *ahem* May 19th, I have prepared the scene of Anne's execution. This is, I believe, the most accurate of any movie I have ever seen dealing with Anne, but I would have loved to see her make her death speech.
I hope you enjoy it!
