Aktuelles Körpergewicht: 94 kg
Boxbeugen leicht mit reversen grünen Bändern. 6 Sätze je 2 Wdh. mit 245 kg. Gewicht war nicht schwer nur das Gehen war unsympatisch.
A few sets of my last training:
4x100kg, 2x3x120kg, 3x140kg, 3x150, 2x170kg + bands. I`ve to rest longer on the box, while doing the squats I had the feeling the rests were long enough....
Slightly wider stance, lower bar placement.
Felt more snappy of the box, but wrists and sgoulders were in a bad position, need to work on this...
Is I canøt find a position lower on my back, that is good for my writs and shoulders, I am going to keep it high..
