Karmann unveiled their VW Polo GTi Convertible concept at Frankfurt this year. They took the standard Polo and while trying to stay as close to the original design as possible, they gave it the convertible top and added a glass sliding sunroof. Right now there is no production scheduled for a Volkswagen convertible version of the Polo, but the tides may be shifting over towards a cabrio soon.
