(Remix FootFettish Problem)--My dog chaco has a problem as well...it's not a licking problem though... its a FOOT FETTISH problem. She's obsessed with feet. She's done it since she was a puppy. It can get annoying, but mostly it's cute. Once she went up to an empty shoe and pawed at it for pets... she's smart though... i swear.
