This is Chloe Bruce at the Irish Open World Kickboxing Championships. We were all in awe of the strength, flexibility and balance. It was unbeleivable, she qualified in second with this form and won the final the next day. I thought the form was over but there's only about 5 more seconds left anyway (in Part 2).
Had star sparring today (fought another school) in taekwondo, and their teacher told me to work on some kicks that would go perfect with my speed on flexbility...so heres me after about 10 minutes, ugh it was so humid
