Here is a wonderful video of a Mandelbrot fractal brought to life. Obviously, someone had the presence of mind to subtitle it. Nerd power +5. http://www.fractint. org for those who care.

A visual rendition of a boroque Rondeau using animation created from images generated in Fractint. Juia sets morphing and Mandelbrot zooms set to a keyboard reondeau by duphly. All images created individually. It took a while so please enjoy. a MELTEC movie

The fractal animation by Eric Bigas seems to incorporate elements of the Sierpinski and Barnsley algorithms used in fractint. Totally awesome. http://www.ericbigas .com/fractals/index. html

This animation (created with FRACTINT) takes you deep into the infinitesimal depths of the Mandelbrot Set, the world's most famous fractal. And lo and behold, you end up on your own doorstep.
A fractal nuclear explosion. Rendered with FRACTINT (C, ASM) in DOS using my home-coded animation utilities (VB6). Hi-res versions of all of them at my site: http://www.fractal-a nimation.net/ufvp.ht ml
57 original fractal images of great beauty. They all exhibit astonishing differences from each other, despite all being based on the Mandelbrot set. They were created in Fractint. Many of the images are based on formulae and parameters by Sylvie Gallet, a brilliant French mathematician. They are backed by Beethoven's String Quartet No. 7 in F.
