This is my HobbyZone Super Cub. I upgraded the motor to an E-Flite 450 outrunner, 3S 2100mAh LiPo. The video quality is not very good because it was taken from my digital camera.

Tight loops and dives can put strain on the wings and control surfaces. Head-On crashes into the Earth can break the fuselage. I never broke mine yet, but due to lots of questions, here is how I prepared mine for flying in violent winds, etc.

Hey everybody. This plane is really fun and lands easily with floats. I followed the advise of others who had already done this modification and put "gws-535 floats" on my Super Cub. In the video I tried to portray the Cub as "Wanting the water" when it was still wheel-bound by showing it only looking at the lake in the beginning.

This is my HobbyZone SuperCub - Ron Paul Freedom Flyer. This plane was Custom painted after a crash. Most of the video is shot in Cramner Park in Denver CO. I've Included shots of night and banner flying as well as important Ron Paul messages. Stock motor, 8 Cell battery.

Flying around the Super Cub out in the wash behind my house. I just barely got the plane so I'm still a novice flier. The plane is completley stock. I had one small crash, otherwise it was a good day for flying.

My conversion of the HobbyZone Super Cub to a low wing is complete. I made took it up for the maiden flight today and it flies well; however, I'll probably need to reprogram my radio. Using the ailerons as flaperons really makes the plane lift quickly and it is really easy to stall.
