78022 arrives at Oxenhope on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, runs round her train and departs tender first on 28th June 1994. These have been digitised from my VHS video of the events.
This is the first part of a video of a participatory budgeting event in Keighley, a town in Bradford and one of the first PB events in the UK to be filmed, in 2005.
