A Video of my arrival into Kelowna International Airport (YLW) on a WestJet Boeing 737 on December 7, 2007. The approach takes us on a nice tour of Kelowna over Westside, Okanagan Lake, Downtown, Orchard Park, Rutland and has great views of most of the city on this late Autumn day.

Wow spring is here. Kelowna is sometime called the "Hawaii" of Canada.It's not tropical, but it defintely has a long summer season that gets extremely hot and it truly is a great city to visit and live in.

They are in the process of building an indoor olypmic sized pool and serious waterslides. In here, there are two skating rinks, two indoor soccer fields with a running track, a library, fitness centre and a great restaurant (Boomers).
It might be cold outside but there is always something to do in Kelowna.

Today it's the Black Mountain Rodeo in Kelowna but we chose to check out our local polo club. Awsome people and action, August long weekend there is a tournament which attracts participants from throughout Western Canada.
