This is Noah's Ark at Kennywood amusement park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Video taken on August 6, 2007. Noah's Ark was built in 1936, the same year as the worst flood in Pittsburgh's history. Noah's Ark was completley rebuilt in 1996 at a cost of over $1,000,000. There is only one other surviving example of Noah's Ark left, located at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in England.
