A large brilliant Polonaise from Chopin's early adulthood. It was originally conceived as a work for piano and orchestra, but is frequently performed as a solo piece. It is a vibrant, youthful work, filled with flashy gestures, and has almost none of the brooding gloominess or dramatic struggles of Chopin's other Polonaises.
Played in Spring 2001.

Heather's performance at Opus 22, 3/14/06. This set featured Shelton Garner on acoustic guitar and Heather shut it down that night. This proves that people will always respond to good music. Check her out.

Me playing Prokofiev Visions Fugitives no. 9 "Allegretto tranquillo" and no. 14 "Feroce", at a regional competition, "Unge spiller klassisk", in Århus, Denmark.
When the suits (us) showed up, the party went strangely retro. I don't think most clubs play Bon Jovi followed by Reggaeton and techno... the crowd may have had something to do with it. We were convinced that the DJ was messing with us.
