Compilation of a Sunday afternoon training at home
Many people have asked where I bought my pole, so here is the answer:
I bought this one from a pole dancing school in Holland. Its a static pole from strainless steel, 42mm. I also have X-poles, which are fine too (www.verticaldance.c o.uk). Unfortunately, I don't know good poles or good deals are outside the Netherlands
