ruslana is singing a cover version of a well known song. It has a strange detail. President Kuchma, a president ruslana stood up against during the orange revolution, seems so impressed by ruslana that he walks on the stage with a bunch of flowers and kisses her hand etc. (He obviously wasn't aware of ruslana's political preference)
