The first competitor won the best abs award while the second competitor, Jeff Hodges, was returning to the stage after a 17-year absence! (Did I mention that I hate the lighting?)
Last year there was a push up contest. This year it was a biceps contest with a male and a female winner being awarded a month's free membership to Club Symmetry. OCB always has some great entertainment!

This is video from the NPC Mountain Valley Women's Competition Final posedown. The winner (on the right) is an Animal FORVM board member (Muscle Gal) and won the Masters Women's 1st place, Open Women Lightweight 1st place, in addition to the Women's Over-all! Congratulations, Muscle Gal!

ALEX1984 of BodySpace YouTube. Patrick Fleming placed 3rd in the Middleweight Class. He competed in the Novice competition at the November 10, 2007 NPC Eastern USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships. The contest was held in NYC at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center. Fleming took the Bronze medal and he got the last "most muscular" pose in before leaving the stage, too!
