BBC iPlayer MythTV Plugin

This is the first BBC iPlayer plugin for MythTV. It uses the streams made available for iPhone users and streams all content and plays on the internal player.
Progress bars arnt smooth when buffering, and playback progress bar only shows how much had downloaded when playback started.
Uses the h264 mp4 streams made available specifically for the iPhone
