Everything syncs up to the beat in Adobe Premiere... but once I export it, the audio and video streams don't sync... damnit.
HUGE thanks to Carnal Disco for inspiration.
This is me making a short loop in FL Studio in under 5 minutes. Think you can make a live beat this quick? SHOW ME! I used a random cut from Steely Dan's 'Turn That Heartbeat Over Again'. Software: Cool Edit Pro, FL Studio. Hardware: Soundblaster Audigy 2ZS, DM2. Turns out, the vocals were mainly on the right channel, that helped.
This is a short video on how to use your DM2 as a drumpad virtual turntable with both the FL Studio FPC and the Fruity Scratcher. Check my other videos on how to set up your DM2 to send MIDI commands if you have not already.
Pulled up my Steely Dan clip again. I used just one channel that was instrumental for a few seconds. Many older songs have the vocals panned Left or Right. This is a how-to for a select number of songs. Good luck!

This is a pattern I made in FL Studio. Thought it would sound cool on my Yamaha PortaSound VSS-30 sampling keyboard. Got this keyboard for $2 new from a yard sale. Simple stuff, fun to play with!
Have you ever wondered, "What Makes a Band?"

In this lesson, you will come to understand the subtleties of playing with a prosthetic hand for an audience of or around two (2) soul-sacks in meat-suits.
Please enjoy responsibly.

"...and I remember a portal opening above me in which we were absorbed into. It was a feeling of pure sound running through a river of syntheses and oscillators. It was the only time I was ever scared of life. That moment went on forever..."
This is to demonstrate how to sample the sound you hear in Media Player, MySpace, or any software, including MIDI to WAV. Anything you hear through your computer speakers; you can sample. Good luck!
A news clip of my mother, Barbara Riesenbeck, and her friend, Abby Dart, at the 3rd annual Harbor Springs Chili Cook-Off at the Pier. There were around 20 different styles of chili, ours was chosen the best in town! Congradulations Barb Abby!
As the user becomes more familiar with the possibilities of Multimedia Composition, High School students and faculty alike can gather in a crammed computer room and feel More Expressive in a Less Restrictive environment by controlling a floating human head on an Apple computer. Studies have shown you've actually bothered to read this. Thanks for watching!
