Greg spearing dogtooth snapper. The boat was chartered through Palapas La Vantana. A large amber jack swims by in the upper left part of the screen at 1:47. I never saw it until I edited the footage.

Freediving for scallops in Sonoma County (Northern California). Scallops can be found by looking for the gap between the two shells and by looking the orange or red mantel. They usually grow on the face of vertical rocks or in caves. The first fish is a wolf eel, the second fish is a cabezon.
This video was shot in the pool below the Wohler inflatable dam. There were approximately 15 to 20 Chinook salmon in the pool. The fish ranged from about 3 to 30 pounds.
