Rolling Stones open their second show on November 9th, 2003 with Brown Sugar to a sold out audience at the Tamar Site. The concert ended three weeks of unprecendented live shows by a variety of artists to showcase Hong Kong to the world following the end of the SARS outbreak earlier that year.
