As an experiment I removed the real size Tardis prop from Jon Pertwee's debut as the Doctor and rotoscoped him into the model shot. I also replaced the Tardis Sound FX.
BBC Wales trail for football (or soccer if you prefer) coverage by using a mock Public Information Film based on "Think Once, Think Twice, Think Bike!" The lack of lip sync is intentional. BWATFAC!
