29th July 2007 was Live Steam NG Model Railway Event Day at the Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway. On the 2' gauge line Matheran Railway O&K 0-6-0T No 740 and O&K 0-40-WT 'P.C.Allen' brought in the passengers. Two 16mm layouts - the Indian Hill Railway and Llymarch Chilfach were operating with up to four locos running at a time.
Double Fairlies 'David Lloyd George' (oil-fired) and 'Earl of Merioneth' (coal-fired and driven by John Shawe) along with ex-Penrhyn Quarry Railway Hunslet 'Blanche' all in action on Monday 27th August 2007.
John Shawe coal-fired Sandy River Baldwin running over the trestles on the Egham & Staines MRC Garden Railway line. This loco was in continuous steam for five hours. (Sorry about the noise from the Heathrow flight path!!)
Mecca for the 16mm Garratt enthusiast; the annual Garratt Sunday on the South Arbury Railway in June. Featured on this video is an Accucraft NGG16 hauling a load of sixty axles with ease.

June 2007 Magna Carta Day in Egham, Surrey. Locomotives featured running on the Egham & Staines MRC's Garden Railway Group's line are:- a Pooter, 'A' and 'B' class Shays and an 'A' class Climax.
1st September 2007 heralded the 2nd Darjeeling Day held on the SAR. At this event Garratts, which are the hallmark of this line, were joined by lots of models of Darjeeling Himalayan Railway. All the main DHR locomotive classes were represented (A,B,C & D).
Running on the East Surrey Group's (Association of 16mm NG Modellers) Test Track at Merstham, Roger Marsh built Kerr Stuart 'Brazil' class 0-4-2ST. Also brief clip of John Campbell built FR Alco 2-6-2T 'Mountaineer'
As the Egham & Staines MRS's Garden Line has an American Theme a regular event is USA Day held on the nearest Sunday to Independence Day. Seen in action on this clip are Accucraft Mich/Cal Shay No2 and John Shawe Coal-fired Sandy River & Rangley Lakes Baldwin Prairie No24.
End of May '07 meeting at the Kew Bridge Steam Museum. Finescale Dinorwic Quarry Hunselet and John Shawe coal-fired 'Black Adder' (Innisfail Tramway Fowler) are running.
