How this works: Whenever Xu Huang defeats major enemy officers using his Jump Charge attack, the slow-motion animation will force him to stay in the air until hit.

Aside from Ginchiyo's True Musou bug, her R1 Special attack is also bugged.
Quickly tag out of Ginchiyo's R1 attack will create some strange phenomena to other characters' Jump Charge attacks.
This bug is also another way to reproduce the Xu Huang JC Bug anywhere at anytime =)
